We do not offer refunds. You may exchange a defective or damaged item within 14 days of purchase. Exchanges will not be accepted past 14 days. To be eligible for exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition it was received, and in original packaging. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To ensure your satisfaction and complete the exchange in a timely manner, please see the following steps:- Send an email titled "defective item" to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the following information:
- Customer name
- Order number
- Picture and description of the defect
- Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting the item, within 3-5 business days.
- If your exchange is approved, we will send you the replacement item. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift store credit for the value of your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
